WSPOS Subspecialty Day

The World Society of Paediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus will hold their WSPOS Subspecialty Day during the ESCRS Congress Vienna 2023.

It will take place on Friday 8 September 2023.

Attendance to this programme is possible in addition to the full ESCRS Congress Vienna 2023 registration, or as standalone attendance. For either option, please register here.

Registration Categories

Ophthalmologist – Available only to ophthalmologists and medical doctors.

Trainee / Orthoptist Trainee (Age limit is 35) – Available to all trainees / residents under 35 years of age and orthoptists. A letter of verification from the department chairperson or clinical supervisor is required at the time of registration, along with photo ID and proof of date of birth.

Allied Healthcare Professional – Includes optometrists, practice managers, PhDs, MBAs, healthcare administrators, office support staff, ophthalmic photographers and other healthcare professionals. Commercial representatives are not entitled to pay this fee. Documentation is also required for this registration type. Work ID or letter from your employer or hospital.

Delegates from the UN List of Least Developed Countries – Available to all delegates who reside and work in countries as per official UN List.
